The Momentum, Inscription and R Design
The entry-level Momentum is equipped with all the features you expect in a Volvo and many you didn’t, such as the CleanZone climate control system that monitors the air that enters the vehicle and limits the pollutants automatically, the heated seats, the 12 inch digital instrument cluster and all of the safety features that make Volvo a leading manufacturer of safe cars, like the rear cross traffic alert, the oncoming lane mitigation and the road friction indicator that warns you and other connected vehicles around when the surface becomes slippery. The Inscription gives you the highest level of sophistication and comfort the S60 has to offer by adding styling touches as well as equipment that truly make it a premium sedan. For example, the four-zone climate control system, the navigation system, the panoramic roof, the nappa leather upholstery and the lane keeping assistance. If you prefer a more aggressive appearance and more dynamic performances, the R Design could interest you with its high-gloss black trims on the outside, its sports-seats on the inside and its lowered and stiffened chassis and suspention. All of these models are powered by a new for 2022 mild hybrid system, with standard AWD in all models except the Momentum, which offers a choice of AWD or front-wheel drive.
The Recharge
The S60 Recharge is powered by a plug-in hybrid powertrain which gives it the best efficiency and the best performance of any S60. This system delivers 405 horsepower to the four wheels for spirited driving dynamics and it allows you to drive up to 35 kilometers without needing the gasoline engine, which is good for the environment and your wallet. The 2022 Volvo S60 Recharge is offered in either R Design or Polestar Engineered trims.
